And they left us...A tribute to Jini And Merin

Since the inception of The Spairoz as a youth group on October 4th, 2008, Jini and Merin were one of the most active members.

As time passed and group grew...So did the persona and the charm of Jini n merin got going...they have been the life of the group...and would literally make things happen at the youth fellowship every saturday at The Spairoz center..
But time and tide waits for none. Jini and merin migrated to USA with their parents yesterday.
I have seen them from the very childhood and as they walked into the IGI Airport in New Delhi last night..I saw potential walking into USA..they will always remain the founding members of The Spairoz..They were a blessing for The Spairoz and will remain so...
but we will miss them..God bless Jini and Merin and we need God to provide us people like Jini and Merin for the ministry of The Spairoz. Amen.
We The Spairoz extend our heart felt appreciation to Jini and Merin and acknowldge their service to The Spairoz till now..but this is not all..we look forward for greater and higher cooperation in the future as the Lord permits in the coming days.

Another life wasted

Trained in the best of the colleges and got well equipped in his skill. but chose to obey the Lord's call. He's not just another missionary but A Missionary to Bihar. what a waste of life when one could have shephereded flocks in God's own country. Some may say he is stupid in doing so. But this is what happens when one obeys the Lord's call and sets off for the roller coaster drive. The world may call him a fool, but the master is fond of him.
Sam P Mathew, born and brought up in Tiruvalla, Kerala, did his schooling there. In his youth the Lord called him for HIS ministry and yes Sam gave it to the Lord. He then left for north India. He studied the word of God in a college in Delhi for 3 years and then did his Bachelors of Divinity from NTC, Dehradun. Since then he had a passion for Bihar. After his graduation Sam went to Bihar.
Sam recently got married to Saumya who also has a passion for north INDIA.

Please do pray for Sam and Saumya that the Lord may use them mightily and bless them abundantly.
Its is not a waste, but an investment.

Shaping up life with God

Life is full of surprises, full of turnings, unexpected accidents, but there is a lot to learn from it and you pick the best and throw the worst .It helps one to learn and accept the hard facts which we never bother to learn. It makes us to do, what we don’t think to.
Life is a lump of clay in the hands of God, who is the perfect potter .We intend to shape our life as we wish, but our wishes turns our life to be in a worst situation of abnormality. But God in His mercy sees us as a perfect vessel in His hand by removing all that hinders us to be a perfect pot. He cleans us up and then breaks us and then again He would mould us as beautiful pot with a perfect shape which we often think as the funniest part of life.
God, being compassionate, looks compassionately at the lump in His hand! Looks so weird and shapeless and no sense of beauty but once He completes His work of shaping, He pauses for a while and looks at the shaped lump of clay and admires His work as so good!
Friends, when we try to shape our life with our own understanding our shape will be weird and ugly and ends up in chaos. So why should we tarry in surrendering our life to Him so that we would be shaped in the likeness of His son Jesus Christ. As a result we would enjoy a perfect shape in our life and see a better future for tomorrow. God always promises that He would be with us and He is interested in shaping us.
